Terms of Service
The short version
- hov publishes the posts you give it, on the accounts you connect, at the times you set, after the approvals you require.
- Your content stays yours, and you are responsible for it.
- The social networks have their own rules and can change them; hov follows them.
- During early access hov is free and still changing. Paid plans start only after we tell you, and only if you choose one.
- Paddle.com sells hov as our reseller and Merchant of Record. You can get a full refund within 30 days of any payment.
1. These terms
These terms apply when you use hov.social, the hov web app, mobile apps, API or MCP server. If you use hov for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you may do so. You must be 18 or older.
hov is a product of KUTIA SH.P.K., registered in the Republic of Kosovo under unique identification number 810827727, at St. C, Sima Com Complex, Building B, No. 7, 10000 Pristina, Kosovo (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and KUTIA SH.P.K..
2. Early access
Early access is free and by invitation. Features, limits and plans may change, and hov may be unavailable at times. We can end early access for everyone with 30 days’ notice, and you can export your data before it ends.
3. Your account and workspace
- Keep your login, two-factor codes and API keys secret. Actions taken with them count as yours.
- The workspace owner decides who joins, what roles they have and which brands they see, and is responsible for their use of hov.
- Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think your account is misused.
4. Connected social accounts
- You may connect only accounts you own or are allowed to manage. By connecting one, you allow hov to publish to it and read the results of those posts, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You must follow the rules of each network, including TikTok, Meta and LinkedIn, such as their rules on music, branded content and spam.
- The networks decide what their APIs allow. If a network changes or stops a feature, limits an account, or is down, hov may not be able to publish. We tell you when this happens, but we are not responsible for the networks’ decisions.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the posts, media and other content you put into hov. You give hov the permission it needs to store, process, show to your team and approvers, adapt to each network’s format and publish that content, only to run the service for you.
You are responsible for your content: that you have the rights to it (including music, images and people shown), that it is lawful, and that it carries any disclosure the law or a network requires, such as marking paid partnerships.
6. Scheduling, approvals and results
- hov publishes what is scheduled and, where your rule requires it, approved. Check posts before you schedule or approve them.
- We aim to publish at the exact minute. A post can be late or fail because of a network, a lost connection or a limit. hov retries and tells you, as described in the app.
- Results come from the networks. We show them as received and do not promise any reach, views or engagement.
7. Fair use
Do not use hov to send spam or deceptive content, to break the law or anyone’s rights, to get around a network’s limits, to upload malware, to probe or overload our systems, or to resell hov without a written agreement with us. We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
8. API, webhooks and AI assistants
API keys and AI assistant connections act for the person who created them, within their role and the brands they chose. Respect the rate limits. AI assistants connected through MCP cannot approve posts; a person must do that.
9. Plans and payment
After early access, using hov beyond the free period needs a paid plan. Prices are shown before you pay and are billed monthly or yearly in advance, plus VAT where it applies. Plans renew until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period ends. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change, and it applies from your next renewal.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, invoices, taxes and refunds; for any question about a charge, visit paddle.net.
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of any payment, as described in our Refund Policy.
10. Ending
You can stop using hov and delete your workspace at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. After an account or workspace ends, you have 30 days to export your data; then we delete it as described in Data deletion.
11. Our property
hov, its software, design and brand belong to KUTIA SH.P.K.. These terms give you the right to use hov, not to copy, sell or rebuild it.
12. No guarantees
hov is provided as it is and as available, especially during early access. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or €100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
You will cover our reasonable costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes go to the competent courts of Pristina, unless the law of your country gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to your own courts.
15. Changes and contact
